Once you have found the frame you are happy with and bought it through our website we will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days so you won’t have to wait long on your frame arriving.
All our frames are sent with our courier who specialises in transporting fragile glass, ensuring your frame arrives in one piece. We will notify you via email of when your item has been dispatched so you can expect your delivery the very next day (excludes Sundays).

How do I choose the right photo frame?
Choosing the right photo frame is mostly down to personal preference, however, we do have some advice to take into consideration. Our classic oak wooden frames give a natural and traditional look. Gold or silver frames help to enhance your photograph, complementing it with a touch of elegance. White frames offer a clean and timeless look, whilst black is great for giving a slightly dramatic effect, particularly when hung on a white wall. When choosing your photo frame, you may wish to also take into consideration the decor you already have in your home as perhaps you will want to match this.
Do you offer custom sized photo frames?
Yes. All of our frames are manufactured by our skilled staff here at our premises in the UK, so if your photo size isn't catered for then there is a good chance we can make a bespoke frame to fit. What makes a photo frame high quality?
The key to what makes our photo frames high quality is the materials we use. Not only do we use high-grade wood and materials, but we also use real picture glass, whilst other frames are often made with styrene or acrylic. Real glass offers much better clarity and does not discolour over time. Most styrene or acrylic photo frames have a shelf life of just 10 years, whereas, with our high-quality glass photo frames, your photographs will be displayed and protected for longer periods of time. Do your photo frames offer UV protection?
We use standard 2mm glass in all of our frames. This does NOT offer any UV protection. However, with our custom framing options, we may be able to provide a framing product that offers UV specifications.
