Damages and Returns
All of our items are well packaged and we have selected our couriers to ensure that your item(s) reach you in perfect condition. However, from time to time an item may get damaged in transit due to the fragile nature of glass.
Should you receive a frame that is damaged, simply email us a picture of your damaged item (clearly showing the damage that has occurred) along with your order details and we will replace the item free of charge.
All damaged items must be notified within 14days of receipt by email to email@example.com.
You can return an item except those that have been customized (this includes items that have a printed photo fitted or custom size frames) up to 30days after receipt of your delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Please ensure when returning any items that you take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item as we reserve the right to refuse a refund should the item be received damaged. Please note that some shippers will refuse to insure glass when in transit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Beaver Frames, Unit 25 Fifth Avenue, Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Halstead, Essex. CO9 2SZ.
