Photo Mounts and Sundries
Sundries and photo mounts can be shipped to the UK Mainland as well as Northern Ireland and the Scottish Outer Zones.
If you combine Photo Frames with Photo Mounts and/or Sundries we can only ship these to the UK Mainland (excluding the Scottish Outer zones). Again we do NOT ship these to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, but can take up to 3 days during busier periods. For details of any processing delays please see the blue bar at the top of your screen.
Photo frames are sent via our nominated courier APC at a cost of £4.95 to UK Mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Outer zones - see below) only. We also do NOT ship Photo Frames to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Photo Mounts and Sundries
Photo mounts and Sundries are sent via Royal mail. Prices are based on weight as shown below and can be shipped to Northern Ireland and the Scottish outer zone.
Combined orders including Photo Frames with Photo Mounts and/or Sundries can only be sent to UK Destinations (excluding the Scottish outer zone) via our nominated courier APC and will be sent at a cost of £4.95. Again we do NOT ship these to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Free Delivery on Orders over £50.00
We offer free delivery on orders over the value of £50.00 to the UK Mainland (excluding the Scottish Outer Zone) only. Please select the Free Delivery option when checking out.
Courier Deliveries via APC
We use a nationwide courier called APC to deliver our Photo Frames as we believe they offer the best service for delivering items of a fragile nature.
When we dispatch an item with APC, you will receive an email from Beaver Frames with your tracking information. This means your item(s) are in transit and should be delivered on the next working day (Monday - Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel on the given date, you can track and change your parcel delivery options via APC's online portal. Please note, some changes such as timed deliveries or address changes may incur a premium charge.
To avoid any problems with your delivery, we suggest giving us a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel between the hours of 8am and 4pm (Monday to Saturday) when placing your order.
Unfortunately our courier will NOT automatically attempt to deliver your parcel to any of your neighbours unless you have specified their address as the delivery address.
Also, the courier will NOT leave your parcel in any location on your property without a signature.
If you are unable to be at home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a calling card (you may receive an email instead). There will be instructions on the card/email on how to get your parcel re-delivered. It is important to respond to this card/email immediately. Some depots will attempt your delivery twice on consecutive days before returning your parcel back to us. If your parcel is returned to us, a further charge may be made to send this again.

If the first part of your postcode falls within one of the ranges listed below then your address is considered to be part of the Scottish Outer Zone.

Tracking your Parcel
All of our parcels are sent with APC or Royal Mail. We will notify you by email at the time of dispatch who we have shipped your parcel with and a tracking reference number if applicable.
