Due to the fragile nature of our products, we only ship to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order within this timescale we will notify you by email with an expected dispatch date.
Each item is individually packaged into either a small or large parcel depending on the item size.
Small parcels measure less than 45cms (length) x 35cms (width) x 16cms (depth) and weigh less than 2kgs. Any orders of two or more small parcels are sent as a large parcel.
Large parcels measure over 45cms (length) x 35cms (width) x 16cms (depth) or weigh 2kgs and over.
Please see individual products for details of parcel sizes.
Free Delivery on Orders over £50.00
We offer free delivery to UK Mainland destinations (we do NOT deliver to Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland) on orders over the value of £50.00. Please select the Free Delivery option when checking out.
Large Parcels / Courier Deliveries
We use a nationwide courier called APC to deliver large parcels as we believe they offer the best service for delivering items of a fragile nature.
When we dispatch an item with APC, you will receive an email from Beaver Frames with your tracking information. This means your item(s) are in transit and should be delivered on the next working day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).
If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel on the given date, you can track and change your parcel delivery options via APC's online portal. Please note, some changes such as timed or Saturday deliveries and address changes may incur a premium charge.
To avoid any problems with your delivery, we suggest giving us a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel between the hours of 8am and 4pm (Monday to Friday) when placing your order.
Unfortunately our courier will NOT automatically attempt to deliver your parcel to any of your neighbours unless you have specified their address as the delivery address.
Also, the courier will NOT leave your parcel in any location on your property without a signature.
If you are unable to be at home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a calling card (and you may also receive an email). There will be instructions on the card on how to get your parcel re-delivered. It is important to respond to this card immediately. Most depots will attempt your delivery twice on consecutive days before returning your parcel back to us. If your parcel is returned to us, a further charge may be made to send this again.
If the first part of your postcode falls within one of the ranges listed below then your address is considered to be part of the Scottish Highlands.
Please note, these are set by our courier and we have no control over these.
