Please note: Our framed products use real glass which is fragile in the hands of the courier, and as such we do NOT ship any frames to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or Scottish offshore islands.
Important Information
- To avoid any problems with your delivery, we suggest providing a delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel between the hours of 8am and 4pm (Monday to Friday) when placing your order.
- If you know you will not be home to receive your delivery, please provide leave safe instructions. These can be left in the Special Instructions for Seller section at the bottom of the Shopping Cart. Your parcels will be left and photographed in the safe place by our courier and as such will be considered delivered.
- If you are unable to be at home when the delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave a calling card or send you an email. There will be instructions on the card/email on how to get your parcel re-delivered. It is important to respond to this card/email immediately. Most depots will only attempt your delivery twice (usually on consecutive days) before returning your parcel back to us. If your parcel is returned to us, a further charge may be made to send this again.
Tracking your delivery
Courier Service
When your order is dispatched you will be sent a consignment number which combined with your delivery postcode can be used to track the progress of your parcel(s). Click here to track your delivery.
Royal Mail
Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail and a proof of posting will be obtained. In instances where parcels are not received, please allow 28 days from date of dispatch before contacting us.
Scottish Highlands and Outer Zone
The following post codes are considered to be either part of the Scottish Highlands, or remote from the nearest delivering depot making them part of the Outer Zone.
